I’m pretty late with this news, but I felt as though I should write about it anyway since Dwight Arrington Myers is a pioneer in the music I love so much. From what I’ve gathered, Heavy D died as he was being transported from his home in Beverly Hills to a hospital in LA. The cause of death is unknown. The Overweight Lover will always be known for his witty lyrics and his agile dance moves. RIP Heavy D.
